This is a Happy Hour!! Cheers!!!
Thank you to everybody who has followed and encouraged me.
Special thanks to Sophann for being a great friend and giving me so many grapefruits from her trees.
Thank you to Jane, Jan and Jean for leaving many, many, many comments. You have been there since the beginning and it really helped me keep going.
2 shots of Tequila
1 shot of Pink Grapefruit Juice
0.5 shots of Lime Juice
0.25 shots of Sugar Syrup
Shake
Add all the ingredients to the mixing tin, add lots of ice, shake thoroughly and strain into the glass over lots of ice.

Yeah. You did it! A full year of grapefruits. You ate, carved and posted 365! Awesome. Thank you for putting our grapefruit to good use. Now take a well deserved break.
You’re terrific.

Thank you Hobbs!! I am so glad that you found me. It was one of the best perks of this blog. It has been great to reconnect and I hope some day in the future we might get together again.
